Cancellation and Refund Policy information

At Glamballoons.bc we try hard to provide our clients with the best service.
You have chosen balloons for a special event and we want to make it really special.
But we realize that sometimes our clients have to modify or even cancel their orders.

We set aside time to create your order. Some orders are extremely complicated.
When we do that, we don't book orders for anyone else in that time slot.


However,at least 72 hours before your event and/or before we special order balloons
for you,you can reschedule your event or be given a store credit.There will be no refund.

If this is necessary,you must speak to a Glamballoonsbc employee.Please have your
invoice number/or your name available.Email cancellations/changes will not be accepted.


Modifications

Your modification:

If you need to modify your balloon order and you do it at least 72 hours in advance,
store credit will be given for the difference if it is lower than the value of the
original order. Our modification: We always try to provide customers the balloon design as it is show on the website, with a minimun of substitution.Should we need to substitute,we will replace the balloon with as close to the specific balloon of equal or higher value. Glamballoonsbc:Delivery Policy General Delivery information All Glamballoonsbc balloons bouquets,flower box,balloon decorations and other services are hand-delivered by an industry professional to ensure the best exprerience in service to our clients. Most of our products can be delivered if the order is placed at least one day prior to the delivery date.Large decorations need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to make sure we have the supplies necessary to create your event. Regretfully,we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to areas,hotels,hospitals or military bases.To request a specific delivery time,please type it info the Special Instructions field during checkout.We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Deliveries will be made during regular business hours.Some large balloon creations and services will be accommodated after or before the business hour,the cost of which will be subject to approval of the client and Glamballoonsbc Team. Before major holidays we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance. Delivery to Hospitals Glamballoonsbc professionals are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order,please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. Glamballoonbc will send you gift-balloon bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow personal deliveries to individual rooms.Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive any kind of arrangement.Please check with the hospital before placing your order. Recipient Not Home If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet,please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout.In all other cases,if the recipient is not at home when the Glamballoonsbc staff attempts a delivery,they will either: Leave the arrangement in a covered,secure area of the home(porch,garage,or other entrance) *Leave the gift-balloon bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information. *We DO NOT REDELIVER Balloons *Make sure to provide Unit number,buzzer number to contact the recipient.Due to the life of the balloons,it will be left taped to the entrance.If not possible,balloons will
be returned to thye store.The customer will need to pick up the balloons after 3pm
the same day. Shipping Balloons Delivery of balloons is delivered in person, we do not work with couriers, the delivery is
made with our own vehicle and we deliver personally, we offer safe delivery so that the
balloons do not have any problems in transport, I usually deliver balloons at the time
indicated by the customer, if this is not possible , we contact with you to arrange a time
that will suit you and us, but we always try the best for the customer. deliveries are
made strictly from 8a.m in the morning to 5p.m in the afternoon. but that does not mean
that we cannot deliver after 5 just contact us 6047158063 to tell us what day and time
