MEET THE MIND BEHIND THE MAGIC
Originally born in Kazakhstan, Despina was raised in Greece where she gained a reputation for creating legendary party décor, before moving to Abbotsford, BC in 2020. Here, her inspiration for Glam Balloons began when she couldn’t find the right balloons for her own gender reveal party. So, she made her own, and then some for her friends, and then some for her friends’ friends. Before she knew it, Glam Balloons was born!
Mother of two, Despina’s passion for creating custom balloon decorations continues to be driven by her love of seeing the smiles on everyone’s lips when she knocks on the door with an arrangement of balloons in hand. Rain or shine, she will personally deliver balloons to Abbotsford, Mission, Aldergrove, and Chilliwack BC, to help make your birthday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, arrival, graduation, or another special event as unique as you or the person you are celebrating!
